This restorative, passive, meditative form of yoga will allow you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in the body. This form of yoga requires to hold asanas for extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more. Comfortable equipment like blankets, blocks, bolsters they help to support the body and deepen the pose, more fully relax your body. Restorative yoga is gentle and safe for all people. Always concluding with relaxation to let go and absorb the practice.
